Trade, Commerce and Intercourse

Part XIII of the Constitution entitled, "Trade, Commerce and Intercourse within the Territory of India," seeks to keep these activities between the states and between all other parts of the country free from legal interference. Part XIII does not discriminate between citizens and non-citizens.
