Sec 34 of the Indian Penal Code alludes to regular intention. It says that when a criminal demonstration is carried out by a few persons in advancement of the Common Intention and Common Object and it's Difference of all, each of such persons is obligated for that demonstration in the same way as though it were carried out by only him. common intention obliges that the amount of persons ought to be more than one. common intention does not make a particular and substantive offense.
