Theory of Justice by John Rawls: its criticism by Martha C. Nussbaum and Amartya Sen

John Rawls explains that they are principles of justice which actually establishes the basis of an ideal society. According to him, the principles of justice are best derived from a hypothetical contract carried out in ‘original position’ of equality behind the veil of ignorance.
